Our Health Guarantee

HEALTH GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We certify the health of our puppies at the time of sale.
The buyer is advised to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours (2 days) of taking possession of their puppy. We cannot make you take your puppy to the vet, but if you do not take your puppy to your vet within 48 hours this voids the puppy health guarantee.
If recommended by the veterinarian, the buyer can return the puppy for credit toward another puppy when available.
The buyer must provide the vet's opinion in writing in case of returning the puppy.
The seller is not responsible for the puppy's health after leaving our kennel.

SPECIFIC GUARANTEE

The Sell guarantees the puppy against JLPP, LEMP, hereditary Hip Dysplasia and Elbow Dysplasia.
The seller does not guarantee the fertility of female or male puppies at the time of maturity.
The seller does not guarantee against cherry eyes, entropian, as this can be common in the breed and can be surgically corrected.
The seller does not guarantee that male puppies will have 2 normally descended testicles.
The seller does not cover joint and hip injuries due to improper care during rapid growth stage.

If the buyer makes a deposit and does not take the puppy on the agreed date, the deposit will be forfeited.
